We welcome stores with new and used belly dance products, no food stalls unfortunately. If you are sharing stall space with a friend then put the main contact person in the application form.

Timeline for the day
Bump In (This is when the venue will be opened for you to start setting up): From 8:00am
Doors Open (You are ready for the event): Doors Open 9:30am
Event Finish (This is when you can start packing up): From 3:00pm
Closing Time (We need to be out of the Venue by this time): 4:00pm
The car park is close to the venue and you can enter and exit via the front door via the ramp.
Vendor Sponsors will be responsible for:
Setting up and packing up their stall on the day, including removing any rubbish in their area.
Being set up and ready when doors open and staying for the duration of the Soiree until the pack up time provided. If you need to leave early or are arriving late, it is your responsibility to communicate this to one of the organises as soon as it is known.
Providing their own racks if they have replaced their table space with rack space in the application.
Providing their own table covers.
Ensuring their space is hazard free. Example no items on the floor or blocking walk ways.
