This is a quick 30 minute focused shimmy technique and drill class that will compliment your belly dance practice.
Time: 5:15pm - 5:45pm Wednesday 18th Feb 2026 (30 mins)
Class format: Via Zoom only (Zoom link will be provided via email. If you havent received my email then please contact me on 0439903969)
Location: Your place
How the Sessions are run:
As the session is only 30 mins, dancers are required to warm up prior to the class starting and take their time to cool down afterwards so we can spend the time on class content.
You acknowledge that by participating in classes that:
*Technology sometimes doesn't play nice and if the online option becomes unavailable then Mandylynne (instructor) will provide one of the following:
• Mandylynne will provide a 'make up class' either in person or via zoom.
• Mandylynne will provide recordings for students in lieu of the missed class.
• If either of the above are not available then Mandylyyne will provide a refund for the class she was unable to teach.
**By agreeing to attend the live classes you understand and agree that the sessions are being recorded and will be available for term paying students to view for the duration of the term only. These recordings may be used in the future by Mandylynne for class content.
Birds of Paradise Belly Dance Australia and Mandylynne will not accept liability for loss or damage whatsoever or however suffered by any persons as a result from following any exercises or movements from live or recorded dance classes.
